No, you don't need to be home. Many clients provide a key or access code. Your home is treated with the utmost care and respect.
Yes! I bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you'd prefer I use, just let me know.
A standard cleaning usually takes 2-3 hours depending on the size of your home. Deep cleanings and move-in/move-out cleanings may take 4-6 hours.
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you're not happy with any part of the cleaning, I'll come back and re-clean the area at no extra charge within 24 hours.
You can pay before or after your cleaning appointment — whichever is easiest for you. We currently accept cash, Zelle, or check.
Yes! I offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. Recurring discounts apply to future regular maintenance visits only: 15% off weekly visits and 10% off bi-weekly visits.
Yes, I am fully insured for your peace of mind. In the unlikely event of any damage, you are completely covered.
