These Terms apply to use of innascleaning.com, quote requests, booking requests, customer portal access, and related Inna Cleaning services.

Services

Inna Cleaning provides residential cleaning services, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and short-term rental turnover cleaning. Service availability may depend on location, schedule, property condition, and scope.

Quotes and Pricing

Online estimates and quote ranges are provided for planning purposes. Final pricing may change after review of the service request, property size, property condition, requested add-ons, access requirements, timing, and other job details.

Bookings and Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, safe property access, running water and electricity, and a service environment that can be cleaned safely. If a property condition or access issue prevents service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or repriced.

Customer Portal

The customer portal is provided for service-related account access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for using the portal only for your own account and service requests.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Please contact Inna Cleaning as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellation, lockout, or late-change fees may apply depending on timing, travel, and reserved service time.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, forms, portal, or booking systems, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, interfering with site operation, or using the systems for spam or abuse.
